It feels kind of weird to register for my 1st autocross. I’ve done 10+ autocross events with manufacturers and never paid for the pleasure. But alas, no one will pay me to drive my own car. I need to measure the Exocet exhaust to see if it’s going pass the 103db limit.

I registered for Sunday in case any oppo’s want to join me.

Wow that’s not bad at all! Dunno if “all cars welcome” includes an  X3, though  It’d be $99 + a new set of tires most likely

It’s a lot higher than the 90db “your totally stock exhaust can’t come” of Laguna Seca.

Wow, 30+ laps for $100? That’s a frickin’ bargain. I get that it’s just the paddock, but still. That’s crazy cheap for autocross.

Ok, so I have a little bit of time to convince the Mrs. that I will not die  a horrible fiery death at an autocross event. Hope to meet you out there!

Hey I’m speaking of the machinery only! I’ve only seen you drive on a country road! Seriously, maybe an Ariel Atom or a hot 7, but everything else is so much heavier. I’d like to drive around Sears Point, cool track.

I actually had some trouble deciding, but I ended up registering the C5. I'll hopefully take the Jag out for the next one I make it to.

I hadn’t even considered the weather. I should probably make sure I can comfortably sit in the Corvette with a helmet on and the targa roof in place...
